TERMS OF SERVICE !

1) All payments will be sent by the client through PayPal. By sending the money, you accept that no matter the result you receive, a refund won't be possible unless I am not able to finish the commission.2) The client must pay 50% (or more, if preferred) of the total cost of the commission after the sketch has been received within one week. If only a sketch has been commissioned, the same applies before recieving the product.3) I will not start the commission until a character, background and/or additional variables description (Character-wise it is strictly visual) has been provided.4) The client has the right to ask about the commission's process and/or state at any time, and all of the images will be provided with a watermark to prevent theft. The client is also allowed to ask for changes, though may not necessarily be applied if not possible.5) Once the commission has been completed and paid whole ownership is granted to the client, though authorship credit is not granted and so the client cannot claim the artwork to be theirs, modify, sell and reproduce the artwork without permission, but permission will be asked of the client to post the commission on social media or my portfolio.6) Unless discussed and/or declared otherwise, the commission will be completed within 30 days starting from the day the initial 50% have been paid/a description has been given.7) Commissions can be cancelled, though I will keep 10% of the first 50% and ownership to the artwork as a kill fee.8) I have every right to decline a commission, be it for work overload or personal reasons.9) I will not draw NSFW, furries or mecha.
